The environment is most important, which is why I still use Pentium II CPUs these days. I clock 'em up to 4GHz, still just 5 watts TDP. I could easily go up to 10 GHz but guys, I mean I'm not a kid anymore. I don't play games! I do serious office work on these tuners! But I could up it to 10 GHz, just sayin' though.
I RECCOMEND THE PENTIUM 2 BECAUSE ITS LOW POWER!!!!!
