it's not like cpuboss is manually doing these checks These pages are automated, meaning it's all done through coding. No one in CPUboss actually makes these statistics.
once again more cores (4, 6, 8) vs 2 cores... does not make any scense.. see this..http://cpuboss.com/cpus/Intel-Core-i3-4370-vs-AMD-FX-4300.. 4cores vs 2 with HT which is working as quad core. same frequency, and the i3 humiliates the fx.
Am i wrong? 6core vs a 2core? it's obvious that the 6core will win. BUT comparing 2 hexacore cpus with equal stats, (cores, frequency..) it is WRONG cause the price range? BUT in the same price range 6cores vs 2cores is a fair comparison?? WTF?? Am i wrong??
where does it say its better? its only better on single core preformance, look at the benchmarks. The 6300 shits all over it.
This processor G3258 is more powerful than AMD FX 6300 / FX 8350 for most games with one word squashing them of gaming. 2 Intel cores win 8 AMD cores. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KEEuXQf29Z4 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G0XFfHTGz0A
Because in single-threaded performance IS better. The individual performance is better because g3258 cores are better than AMD's one. The g3258 is the best CPU for mainstream games ( lol, csgo, dota2, wow etc. ) top twitch games. If you wanna stream and play, go with an i5 4690k or similar. Check in-game performance difference between g3258 and fx 6300. In most games, g3258 is better. Compare the g3258 with fx 8350, you will be amazed how good the intel g3258 is because most games don't use more than 2-4 cores.
the troll here it´s you, intel processors, except this one, cost the double or the triple of amd processors from similar range.
toooooooo expensive!!!!!!!!!!!
the fanboy here it´s you. this processor isn´t better than the 6300....
hahahahaha
Hello. I have a limited budget for renew my computer, and i am thinking about one of these cpu's. I dont' play games, but I use photoshop and premiere, and similar software, not as professional. I don't need super super speed, but fluency when i have opened a couple of works in photoshop, a project in premiere and some websites. I think that the six cores of fx6300 may be better for me, am I right? Thanks.
WTF?? Anyone of the people who watch these benchmarks using the pc for anything other than play? If you execute ten applications at once you can see easily that the G3258 freezes and AMD lets you work . If we dedicate ourselves simply to play games, we all know that what matters is the performance with one core (which is one of the things that most are looking at these benchmarks and hence the results). Stop fanboys please! It's important that those prices (amd) join a heatsink. Intel sells g3258 with good heatsink and Amd FX 6300/83xx is really noisy.
FX 8320 on box cooler(same as G3258) @4,4Ghz is two times slower.
budget fx 6300 more expensive than intel g3258
lol he got 23 upvotes, what he said is true, how is this fanboying, maybe you are the intel fanboy
the fx is not cheaper because the cores slower, which is true to an extent, it is made on the 32nm process which is dirt cheap with dx12 you can utilize all the cores on them and use it nicely and single core won't matter that much
the 4300 is better than the g3258, once again quad core requirement all of the amd competitors beat the intel one in video editing and live streaming/ multithreaded stuff and games that can use all that cores. it is only until i7 level is when it loses at that category. no need to dick ride intel. in u.s. amd cpu's are dirt cheap and do the job. the heat bill is soo old of a joke, it is only $5-$6 a month regardless many youtubers like jayztwocents proved it idiot
stop fanboying the g3258 is $65 and the 6300 is $95 only $30 more
pls, 8320 kicks 4460's ass in a lot of things.
how -.- (LOL this is really old)
uhhhh, you must be trolling right? intel is way better at performance and the prices are more or less the same and dont forget the extra 50$ at a cooler or 100$ at a watercooler if you go amd
worst & costly processors?????? let's see fx 4300(90$) < g3258(70$) fx 6300(110 $) <= i3-xxxx(120$-160$) fx 8350(200 $) < i5-xxxx(200$-260$) fx 9590(270$) < i7-xxxx(300 $) (all prices are in my country) ALSO, if you go with amd you must pay a fortune at electricity bill, mobo and cooler so B@TCH PLEASE idiot fanboy
and 60 $ more expensive
and you are an unable to think fanboy
remember to keep in mind that cpuboss also compares thigns like price, tdp and heat output. the 6300 is better but fails at the other things.
