For rendering? What's your budget? I'd day theez: Intel core i7-4790 (4790K for extra horsepower and OC'ing), MSI Z97 Guard Pro (z97 gaming 3 for better on board audio), 16GB (I'd say 2x8) Corsair Dominator Platinum (for rendering, get 1866 or 2133Mhz speed) and get a gtx 960 / r9 290 (gtx 970 / r9 390 for extra horsepower).
