I'm able to compare cause I have both CPUs and the only thing I can say is that 3630QM is better for playing games in higher resolutions. Nothing else.
not really .. 4702MQ has AVX 2.0 and lower TDP means your work will be done faster and your laptop will last longer
3630QM is a better choice!
