They generally mark the CPU with the lowest power usage as the winner. Makes no sense. Check a Jaguar based AMD against an FX or something, completely blows away the Jaguar on performance, generally says the Jaguar is the winner.
The 6402p is clocked slightly higher from what I understand
how is the i5 640 p the winner i see buy your results that i5 6400 beats it on every test
