i5 3320m is better suited for business purpose where performance matters more than the power consumption.
Have a question- for gaming,daily use,buisness purpose which laptop is best.(among hp i5 3320m and hp i5 4200u)..? and WHy I go for 4th gen laptop if this 3rd gen laptop is having better feature...? please answere urgent want to buy 1 of them...?

Since when, higher TDP and a higher power consumption are better ??? 6.3 points for a 15W TDP, 8.1 for a 35W TDP... you're not serious, are you?
