DX12 will take advantage from multi core cpus and will every game use 100% cpu power unlike dx11 cant use amd cpus power games like dying light, fc4
860k has more power consumption and it has less powerful physical cores, however i3 has only 2 and 860k has 4 physical cores, I would go with 860k here because I can get cpu and mobo at the same price as i3 alone.
HAHAHA! I cannot believe this Athlon DESTROYS this i3 in price/ performance AND upgrade longevity. I love this, this is great.
