I also own the FX-8150, and no, the stock speed is 3.6GHz, not 3.8GHz. I don't see how you're getting 4.8GHz, maybe you're running it on lower amount of cores and on water? I can't get mine past 4.4GHz on air.
the numbers for the 8150 are wrong, i can easily get my amd fx 8150 up to 4.8 ghz and the stock clock is 3.8 ghz not 3.6, and you can find them for about 150$ not 750$ lol
