8370 has better power consumption and from what ive heard it also has lower tdp, and can you get your 8320 stable at 5.2 ghz without ruining anything? thats what i thought.
Kinda pissed off with the fx 8370... my old fx 8320 Over clocks better and stays stable at 4.6ghz and higher then the fx 8370.. i felt like i wasted money for nothing
