The FX-8320E and FX-8370E are just lower clocked stock speeds compared to FX-8320 / 8370 but the FX8320E and FX8370E are 95w TDP (their counter parts have a higher TDP of 125w) I have the FX-8320E in my rig / my mobo will only work on 95w tdp cpu's
I checked, they definitely have the same TDP. the 8320E has a lower TDP than it's earlier 8320 CPU.

It is the same. That's the 8320E not the regular one, It has a lower TDP.
something isn't right here, the TDP is definitely not the same. Check into that.
