Overall good performance: While the 4770K is 200MHz faster and has 2MB more cache, the 5775C has much lower power consumption with much beefier graphics and performs pretty much head to head when both CPUs are clock for clock.

The clock for clock results are much more telling of the 5775C's true ability, especially since it is unlocked and 4GHz was quite easy to attain.

Meet the Intel Core i7-5775C Broadwell CPU

Compared to the previous 4770K, the TPD is down to 65W from 84W, the L3 cache has shrunk from 8MB to 6MB and the frequency of both the base and turbo clocks have dropped 200MHz.
To keep it interesting and to drive tech reviewers even crazier, Intel has changed their naming scheme again, with C now designating an unlocked CPU as opposed to K on the new Broadwell models.
One thing is clear, if you need that iGP to be fast, then Intel's 5775C is perfect fit for you, but if you are looking for high overclocks and you will use a discrete GPU, then perhaps it might not be the best fit.
ScienceMark is interesting because of that huge memory bandwidth score; it gives a good overall impression of CPU and memory performance, even though it is quite an old benchmark.
