You can't, the i5 7500U only supports up to 2133 MHz (that's still a pretty fast RAM clock speed), the i5 7500 however, does support 2400 MHz. But unfortunately, most laptops don't support Desktop CPUs. Sorry about that.
I have that CPU in a Dell Inspiron 15 model 7579, I have 32GB of DDR4@2400Mhz but the system is running @2133Mhz. Do you know how I can force 2400Mhz?
