Im a budget builder, so I just could not pass up the chance to get a cheap CPU that was easily unlocked and overclocked.

Its low power consumption (45-85w with both cores) make it a nice upgrade to an older system running an AM2+ socket, or a budget home PC build with low-cost parts.
