DDR4 Memory Should Be Released Next Month, 20% Less Voltage, 2x The Speed, and 2x The Density Of DDR3

According to a report in Hardware Pal, Crucial Memory has claimed that DDR4 RAM should be on our doorsteps by the end of the year. This stuff needs only 1.2 Volts to run a base memory speed of 2133MHz at a minimum density of 4GB—and a maximum of 16GB per stick. Check out Crucial’s charts above and below for a comparison.
